Flock wallpaper, intentionally velvety to the touch, celebrates grandeur allowing designers to be more adventurous. Flocking is the process of printing an adhesive to a non woven substrate then electrostatically applying nylon fibres causing them to stand up.
At Surface Print we have a wide range of Flock colours available. We have two machines, one can print a one colour Flock onto a pre-grounded non woven substrate at 52cm or 68.5cm wide. The other Floxo machine can print unto two Flexo prints in register with a one colour Flock on a pre-grounded non woven at 52cm wide.
